I am a Yoga Teacher , Women's Circle Holder, Somatic Coach and Facilitator. My work focuses on embodiment, healing, mindfulness, intuitive and cyclical living.

I am Anna , originally from Poland but living in Ireland since 2005.

 

I help people with things related to anxiety, stress, women's health, physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and living a more sustainable and balanced life.

My interest is in cultivating connection in order to strengthen the felt sense of self, develop more self-awareness and more ability to respond to life consciously and sustainably while experiencing the joy of living.

 

I believe our mind and body are hugely interconnected and through my work I invite you to explore the inner parts of yourself and how they affect your external world. 

MY STORY AND BACKGROUND

Themes: loneliness, disconnection, seeking meaning & understanding , creativity, self-expression

I was born in Poland and as a child I always sought connection through reading, writing and drawing. As a young adult I experienced loneliness and a sense of disconnection from the world and found it very challenging to connect with others.  This disconnection led me to explore various forms of self-expression : writing, drawing, photography and dancing. For as long as I can remember being able to express my feelings has always been incredibly important to me, which explains my keen interest in visual arts and performing arts over the years. 

In 2011, I met the philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism, which transformed my life forever. This philosophy has been my foundation ever since and allowed me to explore the myriad paths in my life and led me to where I am today. 

YOGA & MEDITATION

Themes : anxiety, low self-esteem,  poor body image

In 2016, I encountered yoga and started practising it consistently alongside my Buddhist practise and my creative endeavours. 

Yoga from the very beginning had a magic impact on me. It helped me to soothe my anxiety,  boosted my self-esteem and changed how I felt about my body. 

I started to feel more present in my own body and with time I noticed that  I began feeling more connected to my breath - something that I had never paid attention to in the past.  This connection with breath brought a whole new level of how I was experiencing my life.

 

My journey with yoga is ongoing. It is a journey of continuous self-discovery.

MY JOURNEY AS A YOGA TEACHER, COACH AND FACILITATOR 

I trained as a yoga teacher in an ashram in the South of India, where I experienced the effects of yoga on all the levels of my being.  Since I took my training as a yoga teacher, I have been continuously learning both on my own and with some great teachers and educators. I take regular yoga classes with my teacher based in India exploring and deepening my understanding of the philosophy and science of yoga.

 

I have also received training in : Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga,  Hormone Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy. I am a certified Wellbeing Coach and a Menstrual Cycle Coach and Facilitator.   

I am currently undertaking the Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training with by Dr. Gabor Maté & Sat Dharam Kaur ND. 

My approach is holistic :  I look at the person as whole and create space to connect with the body, mind and soul alike.
